180-no-comply.jpgSet your feet up like at the start of the video whilst rolling at a speed you find comfortable.

The trick to getting the board to pop is the not actually take your front foot off, but to roll/slide it so it comes off suddenly making the tail pop down like an ollie.

Whilst rolling lean slightly over your front foot and prepare to take your front foot off and transfer your weight to the back foot at the same time

As you step off turn your hips frontside whilst keeping the board under control with the back foot, use this to guide it round the 180.

Ideally, you need to get your front foot back on the board whilst it is still in the air so as you step off the second the front foot makes contact with the floor jump into the rotation of the board and get it back on.

Land, roll away in fakie, then learn them switch.
